Spruce is a HIPPA compliant app that allows you to securely message with Solstice. Telehealth sessions are also held using the Spruce platform.

Solstice do not currently accept any insurance plans.
We can provide you with Superbills for treatment that you can be submit to your insurance company for personal reimbursement.*
*Reimbursement is subject to the discretion of your specific insurance company based on coverage benefits.

No, Solstice does not have providers that can provide or manage medications. However, we collaborate with multiple pediatric and adult psychiatrists that we are happy to provide referrals for.

No, we do not offer psychological testing or academic evaluations. We work with clinicians offering grade school and college testing and can support however is necessary throughout the process.

Treatment is an individualized experience based on need, availability, and goals. You have autonomy in the decision making process of your care.
General recommendation are for consistent engagement with higher frequency at the beginning of treatment. Need for services will be evaluated throughout care to reassess appropriateness of services.

Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time regardless of reason. If session is cancelled or are a no-show, you will be charged the full price of your session.
Sessions are considered no-show if you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting us prior to. After 15 minutes the session will be cancelled and you will be charged the full price.
In-person sessions can be switched same day to virtual sessions to avoid cancellation fees.

Yes! We want to support maintaining consistency in treatment and are happy to meet in-person and virtually throughout your care.
